What we keep
For an order: your name and phone, to confirm it and reach you.
For delivery: city, branch, and the recipient name and phone.
Your email, if you left it or signed in with it: to send news about the order.
What you ordered and bought: the shop records.
If you are signed in: your cart and favourites, so they are the same on your phone and your computer.
What we do not keep
Card numbers or other payment details: payment happens outside the site.
Passwords: there are none.
Date of birth, home address or documents.
What stays in your browser
Cart and favourites while you are not signed in, so they are not lost between visits. When you sign in, they move to your account.
The order form, only if you ticked «Remember my details».
Links to your orders, to show their status.
Your chosen theme and language.
When you sign out, the cart, favourites, order details and order links are wiped from the browser.
Who sees your data
Only the shop: to confirm, call and send the fabric.
Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta get the name, phone and branch when we send a parcel.
Other shoppers see only an «In someone’s cart» mark. For it the site knows only which fabrics are in a cart, under a random browser number, with no name or phone. The mark disappears an hour after you leave the site.
Visit statistics: Google Analytics counts which fabrics are viewed and how many people reach an order, Microsoft Clarity shows where a page is awkward. They never get your name, phone or email, and there are no ads.
How to manage your data
Your profile shows everything we know about you.
Untick «Remember my details»: saved details leave your profile after the next order.
«Delete account» in your profile removes your email, saved details, cart and favourites. Finished orders stay in the records without name and phone.
